Overview
SwiftTUI brings SwiftUI to the terminal. It provides an API closely mirroring SwiftUI to build text-based user interfaces that run on macOS and Linux — property wrappers like @State, @Binding, @Environment, and @ObservedObject all work as expected.
The framework supports stacks, frames, padding, GeometryReader, ScrollView, List with selection binding and ForEach, Button, TextField, NavigationStack, NavigationLink, NavigationSplitView, toolbars, and Color with ANSI, xterm, and TrueColor support. Text rendering includes bold, italic, underscore, and strikethrough variants. Focus navigation uses arrow keys.
SwiftTUI targets Swift 6.2 and provides structural identity matching SwiftUI's behaviour. You write your views exactly as you would for an iOS app — composing body properties with view builders and modifiers — and the framework handles rendering them as terminal output with keyboard-driven interaction.
