Overview
Create Go Server is a CLI tool that scaffolds production-ready Go web server projects with a single command. It generates a complete project structure with Fiber for HTTP, GORM for database access, Wire for dependency injection, and OpenAPI-first development with code generation.
The generated project includes hot reload for development, Docker Compose for local services, optional Kubernetes manifests, GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows, and a testing setup with utilities and examples. The strict server mode ensures compile-time type safety between your OpenAPI spec and handler implementations.
Run it interactively with npm create go-server and answer a few prompts, or pass flags for automated project generation. The tool handles the boilerplate that every Go API project needs — dependency injection wiring, middleware chains, database migrations, and API documentation — so you start writing business logic immediately.
